Defective / Damaged Products: All products are inspected thoroughly before shipping. If a product is damaged, please contact Customer Service at 808.664.0064 for claim filing instructions. All claims must be filed within 10 days of receiving the item.
Product Exchanges: Unopened items in their original packages may be accepted for returns or exchanges. Item must be in sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping is not reimbursed for product exchanges and a new shipping fee will apply for the exchanged product. Please call customer service at 808.664.0064 for return instructions. Exchanges may only be done within 10 days of receiving the item.
