The cartridges are of superior quality and for half the price of other remanufactured carts. I had a problem with one of the cartridges not being recognized by my printer. JPQuality shipped me another AND reimbursed me for the shipping on the return. Awesome service.

We were hesitant at first, but after using the cartridges, they lasted 90% as long as the originals, and the quality was the same. I'd recommend these for the cost conscious.

I was wary because of the price and had used someones else generic and had bad printing and leaking. THESE cartridges were all installed at the same time and run through the initial cycle. then I went to a family picture and printed it on plain paper. THE COLORS WERE ALL GREAT, almost like the original done professionally.

I installed each of the toners and things went well for about 20 pages until the Cyan started streaking everything. The cartridge they used must be damaged because every single page that I now print has a 5 inch wide, entire sheet long, series of blue streaks. I understand it's cheaper and the quality may not be 100% but this is lousy quality for a rarely used cartridge. Now I'm off to buy a new Cyan cartridge (elsewhere).

I'm very happy with these toners. High capacity, great print quality, accurate/sharp color. These Eagle toners have been solid and are still at 100% capacity after six months of light use (home office). And print great.
My last set of toners was from another non-OEM vendor from China. The directions were all in Chinglish. With stickers over where they put holes in the cartridge to refill the toner. In the end they didn't work out. The cheap Chinese toner ruined the drums one by one. I have since read that hp drums are sensitive to toner type.
They also come with an extended customer satisfaction policy which is nice if you have a problem months down the road.
