5Want to be Batman or a Ninja this is the item for you!!!  Jul 09, 2011 By Ken Ortiz
This is a very durable and very cool looking item. It is constructed very well, with hard steel and treated leather (I don't think it's real leather but it's very strong). It fits well and looks great with the rest of my gear. I am a huge Batman fan but I wear this with my ninja gear while I am out on the field. Great for defense or just for show with a Batman or ninja outfit. I highly recomend this item for all those who are into Batman and dresses up as so for holloween or any costume party. And for those who are into the art of the ninja and wants to expand their gear.

3Cool  Jan 09, 2012 By Chino
This product is cool for a costume but as a weapons collector would have to say is poorly made the spikes fall of if you bump them into anything and are made for people with hulk arms would recommend with caution.

5Great item!  Mar 12, 2011 By Maya A. Rodriguez
I bought this item to match my Batwoman's cosplay gauntlets and this actually was better than in the pictures. The material is very strong and resistent but for a petite girl this doesn't fit. I will have to cut the elastic bands to make it specially for my size. The spikes are just great. They're really sharp. I love this item and I'm glad I chose this. Thank you very much!

1It sure doesn't look like the item pictured!  Feb 11, 2012 By Bored in... "G"
I gave 1 star for the prompt shipping (the gauntlets arrived 4 days before the estimated delivery date). However, these look totally different from the picture displayed! The knives/spikes look like the ones from The Dark Knight in the pic, but what I received has these super curved, almost flowing blade lines. The metal parts are painted, but it's chipped and worn in many places. And as for the reviewer who said these were sharp? They're not. You couldn't cut soup with these things. Super disappointed and will be returning these if I can. Don't bother with them.

2One size fits Popeye.  Apr 17, 2011 By TravisInTheTrunk
I bought this on knifecave.com and the one thing I think anybody that considers purchasing one is, know that you will have to tailor it to your forearm size. I had mine professionally done for under $20, but safety pins will sufice, so long as you don't plan on battling any villains.
Also, The only thing this has to do with the (Copyrighted) Movie, "The Dark Knight," is... uhh... I guess from a distance of 20 yards or so it resembles the ones Christian Bale wears. The "blades" (obviously) don't shoot off with the push of a button... or at all.
Overall, it's kinda cool as a novelty.
