"Best buyer"
Everithing works ok, the chips, the toner and the instructive, but needed too many tools to make the job. I think taht this kit is ok for a company that dedicates only to refill toners, not for an individual.
The recomendation of using electrical tape to seal the hole you have to make to pour the toner inside the cardtridge is useless because the toner is too thin and it escapes under the tape anyway causing a mess inside the printer.

 Chips didn't work, not worth the trouble Sep 01, 2010

Got toner with the chips. Reapplied the toner and chips, but chips didn't work. The instructions only referenced Color LJ 2600, although the model I purchased was for the 1600, which I assumed were compatible. The instructions looked like a Taiwan knock-off, that is, a copy of a fax of a scan of a copy, which didn't work, even after the hassle of re-charging the toner cartridges. What a waste of time. One year later I'm faced with buying new cartridges, or a new printer, and wish I hadn't wasted the time and effort on this silly solution.
Don't do it, it's not worth the trouble. Re-manufactured cartridges are now available at fairly reasonable prices, as compared to authentic HP models.
